Being A Cyber Detective

Your task is to become a cyber detective.

Instructions:
Part 1: What is being tracked about you?

Go to this link and turn on your sound and stay on the site for at least 2 minutes.

See how many of your actions are being tracked.

Part 2: Have you been pwned?

Go to this link and enter your personal email address. Have you been Pwned? (most likely you have!)

What can you find out about the moments when you have? Spend some time clicking the links shared in each of the data breaches shown to investigate what happened.

Part 3: Investigate somebody online.

Choose a friend or family member. Spend 15 minutes investigating what you can find out about them online.

Search for things like their name, email address, address, phone number etc.

Make some notes on what you can find out.

Part 4: Go back to the learning kit, then write some answers to the reflection questions and submit them.
