The intention is for the participants to:
- Strengthen the way one works and lead within online, face-to-face, and blended settings.
- Develop and lead teams through various themes such as defining team purpose and culture, creating structure, handling conflict, cultivating diversity and inclusion, giving and receiving effective feedback, and harnessing team learning and perspectives
- Incorporate the principles and approaches for understanding team dynamics and creating psychological safety directly in to your work
Hyper Island experiential learning workshop helps participants learn transferable skills that can be directly applied to their own workplace and career. Where appropriate and relevant, we will draw on current and emerging international, local & Asian perspectives and case studies; and help participants consider the legal, social and ethical issues involved.
