 Overview

As part of the Jardines Digital, IT & Innovation Academy, this course is a journey with pre work, 2-day engaging and hands-on  virtual workshop  and virtual check-in designed to help managers and leaders looking at how organisations transform to become platforms and how technology has changed market expectations. Develop a heightened sense of digital awareness and a shared language across your organisation.

 

Hyper Island experiential learning workshop helps participants learn transferable skills that can be directly applied to their own workplace and career.  Where appropriate and relevant, we will draw on current and emerging international, local & Asian perspectives and case studies; and help participants consider the legal, social and ethical issues involved.

 

In this Virtual journey you can expect making, playing and reflecting:

 

- Our virtual sessions will not require you to participate in a webinar for hours and hours. We will work on different tools together and engage in active discussions.
- Learning online should be fun and that's what we've done. 
- Reflection is a key part of a learning cycle, where you will begin to find ways to apply your learnings back at work.

Explore how platform companies are changing the business landscape and creating asset-light opportunities. Understand how your organisation could transform from a pipe to a platform.

Learn the Jobs to be done concept to understand the underlying needs of people. Explore how technology has changed market expectation of users.

Agile Mindset

Explore why digital companies are adaptable and quick. Be exposed to the agile processes and mindsets

Business Growth

Utilising the power of networks, explore how business grow in a digital world while remaining aligned on goals. Explore the “digital reason to be”
