O modelo de gerenciamento de polaridade ou paradoxos e o conjunto de princípios são uma maneira de lidar com todas as polaridades da vida. As polaridades são contínuas, questões crônicas inevitáveis ​​e insolúveis. Tentar abordá-los com habilidades tradicionais de resolução de problemas só piora as coisas.
