YOUR LEARNING JOURNEY
First, you'll spend a day exploring Platform Business Models to get a better understanding of how your business is run and how you might be able to learn from other future-proof business models.
Then, you will embark on a 2-day journey where you will learn the agile mindset that you can share with your teams. In the final part of this pathway, you will shift gears and develop skills that will help you take the lead in creating an open, collaborative and cooperative team environment that facilitates high performance and success for you and your team.

The culmination of this pathway would be the Leading Teams programme (virtual + on campus) which will include a capstone project.
This pathway has a blended approach combining virtual and on-campus learning experiences. Utilise your Skillsfuture credit to offset the course fee.
These courses are IBF-STS accredited and Singaporeans/PRs are eligible for up to 95% funding for all courses that are run before 31st June 2021. Do note that for courses that are run after 31st June 2021, IBF funding will reduce to 90%. More details can be found here.
